CEO Kim Young-don of Welcos delivered the mission statement for each department and offered the words of encouragement through the New Year’s address, presented during the kick-off meeting held on January 2^nd, at the Yeouido headquarter of Welcos.
 
Reorganization of the company changes in welfare policy was announced during the kick-off meeting. The new plan is to reorganize existing business management department to the office of planning and coordination in order to strengthen the role of control tower of the company. ODM ㆍOEM sales team, which was composed of the existing team unit, was converted as the independent department of technology sales. This is derived from the strategy of improving both expertise and work efficiency.
 
In the meantime, Welcos invited Professor Jeon Mi-yeong, an author of the book ‘Trend Korea 2017,’ for a lecture on the theme of ‘Trend Korea 2017,’ followed by the kick-off meeting.
