FRUDIA, a brand of Welcos (CEO Youngdon Kim), hosted the “FRUDIA X Influencer Networking Day” on September 11 at B the B in Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), Seoul. Organized by Welcos in collaboration with MCN agency Globalrizing and the Seoul Business Agency (SBA), the event was designed to strengthen FRUDIA’s brand awareness and visibility in global markets.
Held under the theme “FRUIT GIRLS CLUB: Pick Your Mood, Find Your Fruit Girl,” the event featured a variety of programs designed to give global influencers firsthand experience with the FRUDIA brand and its products. A total of 33 influencers from 21 countries participated in brand sessions, product experiences, content creation, and networking activities.
The venue featured five dedicated experience zones, including three photo zones inspired by the color concepts of FRUDIA’s lip lines, “Glow Juicy Jam” and “Blurry Butter Jam,” as well as separate display areas for the “Blueberry Hydrating Honey Lip Balm” and the high-performance skincare line “F-LAB.” In particular, the “Customize Your Own Lip Product” activity, which allowed participants to decorate products with rhinestone stickers, received enthusiastic responses from attendees.
The “Blueberry Hydrating Honey Lip Balm,” already familiar to many participants, drew strong interest, with influencers trying the product firsthand and sharing their impressions of its texture and application. FRUDIA also showcased easy-to-try color costemics such as “Glow Juicy Jam” and “Blurry Butter Jam,” highlighting the brand’s distinctive fruit-inspired concept and diverse product portfolio. Building on this interest, the brand also introduced new products from its high-performance skincare line “F-LAB,” naturally extending the experience from lip products to more advanced skincare.
In the latter part of the event, FRUDIA hosted a special live commerce session with three influencers from Vietnam, Singapore, and the Philippines. Product bundles tailored to each market were introduced through Shopee and the influencers’ personal social media channels, connecting the on-site product experience and interest with real-time product demonstrations and shopping opportunities. Through the program, FRUDIA showcased a new influencer marketing approach that combined offline networking with real-time communication and commerce for global consumers.
FRUDIA plans to continue creating opportunities for global influencers to experience the brand and its products firsthand. The brand will also strengthen its global content initiatives through collaborations tailored to the characteristics of consumers and influencers in each market, while continuing to enhance communication with global consumers and further develop its global marketing activities.
